Gwilym will be on BBC Radio 4 on Sunday 22nd January at 4 p.m. talking about his latest project “Birdsong” with Welsh singer songwriter Kizzy Crawford.  Kizzy Crawford returns to the RSPB nature reserve at Carngafallt in Mid Wales, where she was inspired to create “Can Yr Adar – Birdsong” with Gwilym and members of Sinfonia Cymru. After a hectic September touring the US with Pat Metheny, a three week tour with The Impossible Gentlemen Gwilym is turning his hand to yet another creative project with Welsh singer Kizzy Crawford and players from Sinfonia Cymru. Birdsong / Can Yr Adar  tells a story through music inspired by Carngafallt, home to a complex ecosystem, which makes up some of the country’s rainforest territory and can be found near Powys. There are dates in Wales with a finale on 14th November at The Hampstead Arts Festival as part of the EFG London Jazz Festival. Read More
